Interesting stuff - might give that a go when I train chest on Thursday this week doing it the way they do, i.e., half reps. I'm currently 227lbs drug free so I'll be happy if I can get more than 15 - that's the target anyway.

I think McGrath is from the same town as Lundgren.

This dude put up 47 in Canada's version of the combine.

i agree, for their development its extremely weak.

one thing to take into consideration tho is that these guys probably arent doing any sets above 10-15 reps in any of their workouts though, so even though frank probably maxes out around 450-500, his muscles arent conditioned at all to lift for extended periods of time (high reps).

with a couple weeks of training specifically geared towards rep capacity these guys would be able to increase reps by 150-200%, assuming they havent done any kind of training like this for quite some time.

227lbs drug free!!!

impossible!!!

you need to speak with gh15 to determine if you fit into the possible spectrum for drug free bodybuilders... as i recall, 227lbs would be right at the "cant be done" end of his delusion.

gh15 and charlie sheen should run a combined web stream. now that would be entertaining.

Exactly! And take it into consideration many IFBB pros haven't flat benched since their amateur years as well.
