haha....probably need to ask benchmstr as it's probably very different than the Navy.  Congrats man !!! Always nice to be moving up.  My first duty station in Iceland the hazing was very much in play.  When I made E-4 almost the entire command "tacked" my crow by punching me in the bicep.....it was more for show, but a few unloaded on me pretty good.  Aircrew was another one.....your wings were tacked on without the backing on the pin......nice chest wounds from those....  ;D
