Why was Phil crying to hany?

I'd feel embarrassed to make anyone see me cry let alone another man
Unless someone had died ... And that would be in private
These new guys are emotional
Really in touch with their feelings
Is he crying over a bbing contest ... His job eating drinking training drugs ...
Too hard?

Remember Ronnie Coleman would fall down and cry when he would win the Mr. O. Flex cried when he won the 98 Arnold and his Pro Card and the 93 Arnold
and Phil is 31-32 yrs old, born in 1979...so he is around our age.

That's because he has turned into a mess these past years. But he never had good proportions to start with. Very long torso, huge legs, small chest, shoulders looking small next to his arms. The whole thing never looked good but he always had amazing conditioning, specially considering the mass he is carrying (gives Branch a run for his money), massive arms and quads/harmstrings with a good back but not on par. But the overall picture is just too bad to get into details.

But armwise?

He's of the Gen X&Y generation...near 25 or 35, that's what I meant, unless you are in your early 20s (and your extensive knowledge of Thor, puts you past that)

Ewwww, 60's comics, naw just playing...
My uncle has Jonah Hex, Elfquest, aquaman, old spiderman, and Batman

I like the Darkness, and a lot of the Topcow, Image stuff

Escape from Wonderland is some twisted stuff.

Back to arms, I'd have to see better pics of Phil. His triceps are what make his arms, biceps are good, but, when he throws up them tris, I don't think Paco has him...but Roelly's got both beat n the tricep dept.

Well, Roelly is 5'8, same as Jay and Kai and Melvin, or is Kai taller? Hide is 5'5, if that. I think I remember shot, was it at a angle, as all the terrible pics are shot these days?

Near my age I've never posted my age here

im guessing mid to late 30's.

you said in another thread you have the body you want and wouldnt trade it.

took me almost 15 years of consistent training to get to that point. and if your not near that age- i'll tell you now your best gains come later on.

I wouldn't call that being blown away---considering that Roelly won that show...Hide has structural issues---he's gotten too big for his frame. Lacks crisp clean lines and seperation.

I agree with you, he doesn't look like a arm guy, but I think what it is is that the detail of his tris standout---particularly their outer head...same with Phil, the outer head has a "pop" to it.

yes he has geat outer head development ala heath...flex levrone

Yeah, I was about to say that, especially about Flex---he has that outer head that pops as well, gving it a 3-D look when walking. I remember noticing that in the first part of his vid Hardbody---and he is just walking around. Here it is, the first part

The Adam West Batman shows were gold

I love those old Superman/Batman covers. One comic now called 'The Boys' takes the piss out of Superhero's so well.
