John Mayer can actually play guitar.

He realized he wouldn't make it far if he was just another rock guitarist, so he started making heart attack faces when he plays and wrote lyrics for 13 year old girls.

Maybe it's because he eats constantly mezo? Remember, he even eats btw sets with the belief that he needs the immediate caloric energy to fuel his training. I'm not surprised that he's fat from eating constantly, as that would be a logical conclusion.

im thinking the best thing now is to do sprints a few times a week or everyday if possible and still do my heavy lifts with low reps and low sets

i just want to maintain that cardio condition nothing else maxes out my breathing like sprints
