Pretty good, but then there is Wilton Norman Chamberlain.  It is said that while at Kansas he bench pressed 550 pounds.  http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0150219/bio (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0150219/bio)

I had a friend whose father played summer ball with Wilt and he once told me that Wilt was the strongest and best all around athlete he had met and quite possibly in the world.  I believed him then and still do.   Wilt was and remains the best that's ever been in basketball and a finer all 'round athlete would be difficult to find.

LMAO! I knew that one was coming! ;D

Yeah, you can tell that for his height he as a really good physique. However, I was still a bit surprised to see how easily he handled the weight. Especialy with the lenght of his arms. I'm 6'5 and have long arms and I'll be the first to admit that the bench press is my least favorite exercise because of it. I know his arms are way longer than mine, but he handled that weight with ease.

Agreed. If it's legit, I'm 100% impressed.

well, he's listed as 265, so he's lifting 118% of his bodyweight for reps.

that's pretty good, but i wouldn't put him in elite powerlifter status.  also, that much more impressive cuz it looks like he's moving the weight about two feet longer than most of us.

Thats pretty impressive considering how tall he is.

And I seriously doubt those are fake plates. So give credit where credit is due.

Those for sure are fake weights. Check out his body language (lower body neck etc) and watch him rack 315. That shit would put some serious strain on even the most powerful bench pressers. Also look at the light bulbs flash, these guys are serious millionaires who would only put this shit out there to look good. Plus Shaq has already stated that the weights are fake ;)

what are your thoughts on the fake-quake, abominable?

Eqypt being taken over, Libya being taken over, Iraq taken over, Afgan taken over, Saudi about to be taken over. NFL lead Jewish Owner Bob Kraft mysteriously not involved in the Labor negotiations(because he's in Israel/massive earthquake happens). Space Shuttle Endeavours targeted launch is set for April 19(exactly one month after the Super Moon comes close to Earth(March 19). Arnold Schwartzenegger's "come to California" commericials are at an all time high. Mean while high end Hollywood elites are moving out of California at an alarming rate. Weather manipulation/chemtrails are being reported all over the globe. Job losses, oil prices through the roof, inflation, Media killing us with Charlie Sheen's WINNING, etc etc etc.

We're getting real close to a massive disaster in the states. Everything is pointing to it. The Hierarchy has set the stage for a giant leap forward in the One World government movement. The world is becoming completely unstable. And the emotions of all us humans are being fucked with because of this and the Toxoplasma they're spraying on us.

For all you Californian's, buckle up, they let that state go unchecked for so long for a reason. And I'm afraid the reason is about to be shown to the world.

Yeah because you're
a professional.  ::) . Arent you the naive teacher(controlled by the Hierarchy) who still thinks he's some kind of bodybuilder but hasn't seen the south side of 10% bodyfat in decades?

In the end, you are an America teacher. Someone who has been molded by the Hierarchy to spew lies and brainwash the children. In a sense, you are COINTELPRO. But really in your case, COINTELSCHMOE!

Micheal Jeffery Jordan is a country mile ahead of Wilt as the greatest baller of all time my friend

Fake plates. The bar would have at least some bend in it on movements that fast. Plus no one benches big weight or weight close to their max as fast as he did.

Not sure and not knocking the guy but I'm pretty sure at least one of those sets of plates are 10kg vs 45lbs (20kg), they seem to pay close attention not to zoom in or show to much of the end of the bar from a position you could really tell

Im benching with real flexible bars, and they don't bend with 315. I totally believe this is real.

i only saw him hit 275. not 315. those are thick ass rubber plates so they are wider than normal plates.
