Great result for Kefalianos, despite his weird structure he always shows up in top shape and he's been robbed for the last 2 years.

wow thats just so funny, whats the matter you cant take criticism, what a ''pro'' you are ::) this is the best you will ever place and the line up was weak, why dont you compete in the British grand prix this coming saturday? oh wait there are something like 17 competitors so you wont place, thats why you enter weak shows

Good point Ron.

AD is a good guy. We used to train at the same gym. He's the exact opposite of most bodybuilders and is a getbigger at heart.

I predict good things for AD in the future. He's got the best shape in the IFBB, just needs to up the doses!

the inbalance from left to right (left more filled) shows taking desperate measures to what otherwise would be a narrow thin physique.

with all respect AD. its what i see CLEARLY in the pictures. rear lat spread as an example. left delt is just taking off somewhere into space.

i beleive you have a good attitude and a good presence on stage but dont take drastic measure like this to match the guys that actually ARE wider genetically....OR if you;re gona do it, inject in there proportionally or not too close to stage time.
