gh15 was right about Dan when he said that he is definitely in the single digits as far as body fat is concerned, but seems to have an issue with a film of water under his skin.  It's subtle yet noticeable in a detail oriented event such as bodybuilding.

one of the worst pro's ive seen to be honest, no real mass, shite condition..... piss poor, looks bad on us bodybuilding, as we have amatures over here who are all fighting for one pro card, dished out willy nilly in states

He should held a press conference and state that he wishes no one uses the "big" -prefix on him anymore.
He makes himself even more laughable not declaring he is officially not a "Big" Dan Hill anymore. I wonder if he has guts to go at gym anymore... probably retires very soon. Huge mistake to push yourself as a "Big" when your physique absolutely sucks - and it's not even big.

one of his friends needs to sit him down and tell him he does not have the genetics for competitive bodybuilding at the level hes at.

at some point you have to put aside your own ego, and how great you think you are, or how good you think you look and realise that you just cant cut it.

luckily for me i realised this a long time ago, before i invested myself in a lot of drugs and a lot of wasted suffering thru preps. the guy should just train for himself, be happy he has a great physique and shut er down on the competition front cause he just doesnt have the parts.

i heard that he cancelled the Spain GP held in 2 weeks, so his next Pro-show will be in Germany at the Fibo. I guess he better compete in spain and cancel the Fibo-GP. If he shows no significant improvements (conditioning) the german fans will boooh him out. Thereīs a lot of talking about the "rise and Fall of Daniel Hill" in the german forums, and i believe itīs better for him to train (not shoot) 3-4 Years, see if there are major improvements or not, and than decide to compete further, or give his procard back.

That might be a part of Dan's problem, constantly doing photo shoots.  I don't imagine that kind of schedule would be easy.  Of course other bodybuilders go through it too but I'm just saying it would not be easy.
