He was, but only due to the arms, once you break him down (no chest, long torso, decent back, lower back, glute ham tie ins were soft) he was over-rated. But, he had the BEST arms at his height, which gave him the freak factor. Best dude around his height was Momo, John Sherman, and Theirry. They were more complete. I would even add Michio Grubbs in there as well.
And I was a Lee Priest fan as well, beig that I am short as well. One of the best pics of him is him at the racetrack, offseason, wearing a grey shirt, his arms were rediculous!
