you put some good muscle on you ... now diet in contest shape .. when you achieve that ..come back and let us know what's it like from your own experience ...

Tbombz is about as honest and genuine as a person can be. I wish him well...not sure how the dice will roll for him..but I wish him well.

yup i like the kid. dont agree with much he says, but i like him. hes genuine.

his tolerance for recreational drugs, and his ability to absorb a punishing lower body workout (with or without a "spotter") make him an ideal bodybuilding candidate
