I started using ephedrine with T3 as my fat burner
it was good at first, more awake, felt stronger etc etc then after about a week ppl were like did u lose weight? i lost mass :( n was reallly flat

yea i used to love t3 but it does eat up muscle. the thing is, you can high dose it and your able to eat tons of calorie dense food and you wont get fat, but all the calories blocking fat loss to happen and the high doseage eats at the muscle for some weird reason (would thnk youd lose muscle if your eating so much that you cant lose fat).
when id take a moderate dose id have to stop eating like that and so i it would work good for fat loss but it would make me flat.
although when i was really strict on my diet and used a moderate doseage... 75mcg.. i had good results. not anything extraordinarily dramatic like people often imagines drug effects will be. but a significant pick up in fat loss. the key here i think was the fact that the doseage was moderate, and that my diet was very strict except for a planned "cheat meal" every 2-3 days. and this could be a pretty big meal. like an entire pizza, a carton of ice cream, and a big bag of chips. ;D with the t3+ carb depletion it doesnt make you fat.

now I never use more than 50 mcg, it's more then enough for me.

That doesn't man T3 is bad, it doesn't mean that at all. If you're using T3 to burn fat and it's burning fat this is good. If it's making you appear flat and you don't want to appear flat eat some more carbs.

25-50mcg... not so bad.. 75mcg... maybe a bit flatter... 100mcg felt like 75mcg and then one day - BOOOM!!!!! PINNER AS FUCK!!!!
It can catch up to you. I'd only use a very small amount if I ever did it again. Would only really use it if I were doing a bit smash of GH, slin and tren. Otherwise it's nothing I really care to keep in my drug cabinet anymore. Ephedrine is more than enough to get me where I need to be because I ain't getting in a thong and competing any time soon ;D

when you lose 10 lbs of sub-q water, and 10 lbs of glycogen... and your neck looks thinner (which is what most people notice immediately and start telling you you lost a lot of weight) THAT DOES NOT MEAN YOU LOST MUSCLE!!!!
look... here's something you should do... get off the sauce... for a couple of muscle... look at how shitty you start looking... once you get skinny, pile on fat in the wrong places, and lose muscle... get on a ton of T3 and some juice... and look at what happens... then you can assess what it does!

180 mcg T3, 240 mcg Clen, 90 mg ephedrine and i gained fucking muscle...
2 days after going off the T3, clen, and ephedrine and loading up on carbs... i gained a good fucking 16 lbs and was the biggest I ever was at this body fat.
the problem with assessing if T3 makes you loss muscle or not is that when you're a blowfish and are holding so much water your sock marks last for a month... you go on the thermos and especially T3 and lose a lot of water and start burning up Glycogen like a mother fucker... you look flatter, you lose fullness, but you lean out like fuck... when you're on T3 and you think you're losing muscle, don't you notice that your muscles turn into rocks when you flex them? instead just being "pumped and bloated"?
T3 doesn't make you lose muscle... i don't care what anyone says...
I used to think that, and i'd "see it" happen when i was on 50 mcg T3 and i start panicing... it was all bullshit... it's not muscle, it's glycogen and water. once i got that through my thick head and said "so fucking what if i look just a little thinner? i don't give a shit"... a couple of months later, I was as lean as fuck and i gained muscle. so don't give me that shit that T3 makes you lose muscle... and don't tell me the usual "ppl are different"... It's not a coincidence that i used to "lose muscle" when i listened to this shit and believed it, and fucking gained muscle when i said "fuck it... it's bullshit" ;)

I'll argue with it briefly, lol!
While I am a fan of T3 I still recognize it has the ability to burn muscle tissue. T3 thrives off of pure ATP and it will get the ATP it needs one way or another. If you are not providing what it needs it will take it from the muscle tissue. Granted, the idea of T3 burning muscle is far exaggerated but it is a real possibility when adequate ATP is not available.

I doubt the cramps have anything to do with losing muscle but are more than likely an internal imbalance. you need to make sure you're getting enough water, sodium, potassium and calcium and if you are the cramps will probably ease up or go away. And yes, I said enough sodium, guys on here and every board for that matter have given sodium a bad name unswervingly. You actually need sodium for proper health and function. And no, it won't bloat you to death unless you're taking in massive amounts.

Not meaning to disrespect you or anything (I'm known to ramble more than just about anyone), but I think this can all be summed up to losing intra-muscular water. That's what I mean, and that's what I believe the guys here meant. I don't think my muscle fibers are going anywhere. It's all a game of pushing water under the muscle and minimizing the sub-q water.
I believe T3 can have a pretty devastating affect on one's physique if he's not careful. I don't put in all this hard work to get flattened the fuck out in a matter of hours. This is why I choose not to use it anymore. I know stims like ephedrine can do the same thing but it's a drug that's more user friendly. You sooner get a coked out/strung out feeling before you really start shrinking badly. At least I do... T3 can probably be used dynamically to achieve really good results but I like keeping it simple. Some juice, GH if I can afford it, maybe some insulin when I'm lean enough, etc... plenty of drugs I'd use before T3.

high dose t3 not only made me flat as fuck but it made me lose muscle too. admittedly, i wasnt training correctly at the time. high volume pump workouts. but stilll, it happened. moderate doseage works good if you are strict but have the occasional cheat meal.

why was it that after i ate a cheat meal in my prep last year (while on 75mcg t3)...my heart was RACING afterwards like 110bpm...I was sweating and shaking all over...was it the t3? :-X :-\

When I get good and deep into a diet, down to real low bod fat levels, if I have a cheat meal, regardless of me using T3 or not, my heart rate increases dramatically and I'll start sweating heavily. It usually passes in about 20-30min. I've been told it's because your metabolism is ramped up so high and that you're burning the heavy calories at such a fast rate it causes this reaction. There may be more to it than that but it makes sense because after the 30min period is past I'm starving again.
Holy shit..It's been so long since I've seen anyone smoking a cig, it seemed that everyone had quit.
I guess it depends on where you live. A lot of people here where I live still smoke.

For sure, man. When it works, it definitely works. It's just too scary when you suddenly deflate hardcore. Our fragile ego's can't take it ;D
I should note that I used UGL T3 as well. Lots of it comes in liquid form and I suspect that it doesn't suspend right and doses could be off. Pharm thyroid meds are easy enough to come by but I often wonder how many times they're faked or underdosed too. It's something that can make things go south so quickly that I've just eliminated it from my drug cabinet.
