That should be a good book! RW Animal doesn't pull punches and tells it straight up. If you ever get a chance, google up a RW shoot interview (when Hawk was alive) and you'll see what I mean.

Will be good to see him back on TV....shame Hawk won't be with him.

He had a good interview in last months muscle and fitness.
Talked about how they used to train back in the day.
Might be a good book.

I read it and it was awesome!! Went through it in one day and I didn't want it to end.

What was there training like? I'm guessing a lot of heavy stuff. I've heard that Animal was strong as hell and Hawk got in and out as fast as he could.

Hawk never trained legs. :D
Here's an interview Animal did with Men's Fitness several years ago: http://www.getbig.com/boards/index.php?topic=347908.msg4904446#msg4904446

I think what was interesting in M&F was that he said Barry Darsow used to be 330 lbs.....which was bigger than Animal....

he just pretty much said the same stuff that the link someone else posted said.
nothing new. Just alot of heavy bench presses, shrugs and that type of stuff.
