ill help you make sense of it. while synthol use is shit in my opinion, it is tolerated in the judging circles of the ifbb. but not tolerated if its obvious and looks bad. markus use of it is obvious and looks bad, and overdone.

now is it clearer for you?

Markus looked better and more crisp than most guys years ago even when he did the NOC / New York Pro. But obvious synthol use in his delts and bi's set him back.
