Title: Support for a girl trying to win!

I'm new to the boards but certainly not new to training hard!  I would love some support from some fellow ladies that know what it is to train hard and put yourself out there! I'm finally at a place where I'm ready to start competing and I've entered my first competition.  It's for Vitrix Model Team and I'm determined to win!  Please check me out and shoot me a vote!  You can vote once every 24 hours and it doesn't end until April 15th.  I was in 1st place for awhile but now I'm in 4th.....almost back to 3rd :)  Any support would be much appreciated!!  Thanks!!

Sorry :(  truely didn't mean to offend anyone....I've always known about this site and have gotten lots of great info from it.  Just reaching out is all.....I definitely want to contribute as much as I can as I get more experience and learn the ins and outs for myself.  I've been training for a long time now and finally feel like I'm in a place where I can put myself out there.  I want to compete in my first bikini class competition in May so I'll be posting to get some advice on that for sure!  Again....apologies for starting off on the wrong foot!

I am planning on competing in my first bikini class competition at the end of May.  It's NPC and I know that in figure the look is much 'harder' than what it is in bikini, but what tips can you give on how hard or soft you should be??  Just trying to figure out how hard I should diet and when I should start.  Thanks!
