I'm just going to work arms and shoulder only. Maybe twice a month deadlifts for some functional stregnth.
Strut around with an inviso-lat spread like some P90X asshole. :)
The skinnier the rest of me gets with lots of twinkifying cardio, the "bigger" my arms will look. 8)

Throw a little chest work and you are good to go.

Great post I decided to give up hamstring curls recently. Fuck those, they are useless.
