I belive sammi wised up and played the conditioning game and it paid off

props to sammi cause he does look good esp his lats in the front relaxed pose -- sick compared to all the other dudes

quarter turns mean alot and sammi prob came out and showed him whats up just doin those

Yes the LHW class 198#.
