Title: Sub-4% Natty
Post by: US MUSL on March 19, 2011, 12:20:04 PM
This reading was taken ~15 years ago using a computer program that used a skin-fold caliper. At the time I was training 3 on 1 off, high protein/moderate carb/low fat diet, no cardio, no fat burners, no PE drugs. I'm just a bit over 6 feet tall and my bodyweight was ~180.

I'm still at GM, have been working 11 hours a day five days a week for the last two years. So, the training is not going so well.

Probably not faster than my other Vette. It has a 700hp Lingenfelter twin turbo engine.  ;D

Yeah, kinda sad. But, I'm still in better shape than most on this site. I'm one of the few that actually trains and eats right.

And why, might I ask did you NOT post up the Liginfelter instead of the ugly-ass-down-trodden C4? Don't tell me it was b/c of the plates.

If your Ligenfelter doesn't blow my 2002 405 off the fucking road, LPE has a serious problem.

can you say "raped ape?"

Someone asked the meaning of my forum name, so I posted the picture of the C4. Also, if your C5 Z is stock you would be looking at the tailights of my C4.

Let's hear all about how you modded that piece of shit LT1 to blow an LS6 out of the water homie. You actually soaked money into that rag? If so, that's cool I guess.

That is what they make after market parts for I suppose. Now, if you blew that thing and added some very cool "NON BOLT-ONS" more power to ya! (and it)

Its kind of like polishing a turd.

I would say a Vette is a Vette, but you always have your 1984 C4's that are a total embarrassment to the GM industry. "Crossfire" about says it all.

Actually (I'm fucking with you) if I had to choose a C4, I would also choose between 1991 and 1996. I see that the Grand Sports are increasing or holding their value too, which is totally un-fucking real. My C5's lost all their value the second I drove them off the lot.

The only C6 I can stomach is a C6Z06 and I know enough about them NOT to try and make them a DD.

If you want to PM me to take our Corvette shit outta here, I wouldn't mind checking under the hood of that C4. You probably took that the LPE direction also? Yes, I would be looking at your taillights with my Z, no doubt.

Kind of like "eating crow" I suppose.  ;D

IMHO, the C5 Z06 is a best buy in used performance cars on the market. They are incredibly well balanced. A friend of mine bought one a few years ago and didn't know how to drive a stick. I flew with her to Chicago to drive it back, drove like a dream.

With the hardtop installed my Vert almost looks like a Z.  ;D

Yes, it does, as do many others.

No screens front or side, rear brake vents, prolly have fog lights,  no flared  fenders on the rear, smaller tires, LS1 instead of an LS6, Z or Z06 or Z06405 badges, embroidery on the seats, reach-through rear end (no covers) titanium wheels, titanium exhaust.... but yeah.

If its an LPE, it really doesnt matter, and youre  not going out of your way to make it LOOK like a Z by cosmeticing it all when internally its running like a "raped ape"

Gotta love em. Or hate em. Theyr'e like bitches.

You have chrome stock 2000 spokes on there also, so its not at all like your trying really. I would take whats under that hood anyday.

Pics????
