what do you broseph stalin's know about using vinegar for fat loss?  does it actually work?

Somewhat of an old wives tale.  I think I recall seeing some mouse study that showed promise, but translating it to humans was something like 20oz/day or some absurd amount.  It does slow down the carbohydrate conversion rate, so that is a good thing.

  There is no scientific evidence that vinegar does anything for fat loss. If you eat lots of it, you will lose weight because you will get sick and won't be able to digest any food.
