problem is the 1/4 belong to 1/8 or 1/10 of the population...start having less kids and youll have more discretionary income.

is it the big corporations fault that these ppl are living in poverty black ass?

The young shitbags should donate their income to help these American kids in poverty. It wont solve the problem, but its a step in the right direction.
