Im finally trying to get into seriously dieting down but nutrition has never been my best area,So i am just wondering as i cant afford alot of meat/chicken would 100% whey protein shakes 3-4 times a day with 50-60gms per day + a good solid meal at night with a decent exercise routine either in the morning or at night after work 4-5 days a week be enough for me to drop some significant weight in 1-2months? If not which im sure it could use some tweaks or changes period im more than willing to accept recomendations.
Thx guy's

Yes shakes are good as long as you stick with them...they dont fill you up like solid food so you might "suffer" a bit more.

Yeah i know and i plan on suffering but i'll just have to deal with it i guess, Is there anything i could have between that wouldn't interfere with the diet to much? Just so my stomach's not cramping up ALL day

As far as meats go, you might try Walmart if you havent already. You can buy close to 10 chicken breasts for $10.00 up there. Thier top sirloin steaks also sell for a good price.

If you can`t afford the real food then this hobby just might be not for you. Nothing can replace a real food. Protein shakes are just what they are - SUPPLEMENTS, to supplement your diet not to replace it.

If you can financially afford whey shakes three or four times a day I'm pretty sure you could change your diet round to having chicken and rice or even tuna instead, or at least substitue a shake for a solid meal. It'll help to keep the variety in there because I can guarantee you'll get sick of shakes all the time.
