It's an absolute no-no.
Old school boxers knew it. Avoid it. You have plenty of time to ejaculate when your training is over.
At least for 12 hours before training... don't do it.
I know this is hard for us high-test alpha males but you set the priorities.

Professional boxing coaches/trainers always advise their fighters to hold it in before a fight. I don't know if there is any true correlation between ejaculation and overall physical performance, but who knows.
Their might be a transient drop in testosterone levels, but who has any proof to say otherwise?
All I know is that after sex/ejaculation, most men just want to take a nap..

common sense tells us it would likely make you a bit less amped up. personal experience tells me it doesnt have any effect. i what does have an effect tho, is if you start to jack off, or get sucked, fuck, whatever... but dont finish. and then go workout. youll have tons of energy. works great. i always try it, but almost every time i end up getting into it and just saying "fuck it" and going till i bust.

My suspicion is that it is an old wives tale that we've swallowed about not ejaculating prior to physical activities, such as working out, playing sports or fighting. Of course if you believe it will hurt your performance, it probably will.

Awesome advice.
I lift at home. So most of the time while I lift I will play a porn movie and some rock music. Watching porn while lifting is the ultimate rush. If you are also really high too then you might just lift off and float into heaven.

Now, I am no certified expert, but as someone who trains for and competes in a variety of sports, I see a TON to like in this video, such as:
Lots of free weights - hits large "mirror" muscles and small stabilizers
Some Olympic lifts and compound movements - develops full body strength, power, AND coordinated movement
Functional training - takes the strength and power from lifting and APPLIES it to simulated football movements before the first snap
Sled work - also builds on any lower body weight training work, helps athletes near their maximum potential in terms of speed and quickness
Ropes & towels used as grips - develops hand, wrist, and forearm strength
Kettlebells - helps develop dynamic power, also assists with coordination
Sandbags - shifting, irregular shape develops coordination, strength, and the ability to latch onto an opposing player
I really liked the mix of supportive and competitive tasks the players dealt with. That always promotes team unity.

True! Basing on personal experience, ejac before powerlifting training is not good. I lose lots of aggressiveness need to lift max weights. But, on the other hand, when I get my balls loaded it is very difficult to concentrate, I wonder why!
