Post by: ToxicAvenger on March 23, 2011, 02:24:02 PM
ws taking phosphatidyl serine 300mgs
(1400 mg DHA 980 EPA) * 2 (omega 3s)
(1000mgs CLA) * 2

nightly before sleep....and been waking up with a slight headache...and then feel not at my best...fuzzy..sleepy during the day...

day before yesterday by tryptophan came in the mail so last night i ONLY took that and went to sleep...
today i wake up feeling great...making me think one of the above 3 (top) supplements is the problem...

Well I dunno, why don't you try eliminating them one by one to find out?  Did you already eliminate simple logic from your supplement stack?

eliminating them 1 by one would take..at the least 3 days...

posting and asking for a possible answer takes 5 mins...

logically, my approach makes more sense(before i actually try the elimination approach)...your non help answer does not

Eliminate all of them! You dont need it,they are ineffective garbage and waste of your money.
If you really think you need omega 3 , just eat 6 once salmon filet once a week and you will get more omega 3 than you ever need!

ALL those supplements are supposed to help with my studies...
anyhow..i plan on eliminating all except the omega 3s...they have been shown to have a + effect on blood pressure and high blood pressure runs in the family

PS i hate sea food...

again...logic dictates that i dont believe you anymore..  ;)

btw...supra high dosages of DHA HAS been shown to cause (in 10% of the population) an increase in LDL..and restlessness

Its probably the Serine known side effects are insomnia hence the Tryptophan which is a sleep aid takes these syptoms away so trading one for the other.  8)
