I think so, then had some heart problems and is strongly anti-steroid in bodybuilding now.

The IFBB requires yearly membership dues. If you don't pay them, then you are no longer an IFBB pro. Andrulla Blachette is one. However, they will usually reinstate you once you catch up payments

But it doesn't really matter because once you turn pro, you're going to be recognized as one regardless

He was a Hudson county cop when he trained in the same gym as I in Jersey city. I know he left the department to pursue bodybuilding. Did he switch police departments? That is a Bergen county town.

I never heard of him serving as an officer in Mahwah. I only knew he was a Bayonne officer in the 80's.

Bergen county is a shit hole? It's one of the richest counties in the country. Eddie Murphy lives Bergen county. John Travolta had a house their too. You are lucky if you could find a house in Mahway for under 700K. Upper Saddle River the town right next to Mahway you couldn't touch a house for under a million.
