yeah that lack of sodium, low carb intake and hour of walking on the treadmill  sure is difficult to handle-def harder than military training, professional sports, surviving being a prisoner of war, gladiator fights of yesteryears

It doesn't take much energy to muster up a complete sentence.  I deal with many Diabetics on a day-to-day that have hypoglycemic periods throughout the day and while they certainly don't have the energy to do much physically, they can certainly put together coherent sentences describing their hunger etc..

These guys eat every 3 hours and take protein shakes and insulin... NO EXCUSE.
