Because Donald is part of the Hierarchy and Snoop knows that. Its all about respect. Greg Giraldo made a joke about the Holocaust at the Larry the cable guy Roast and it wasn't long after that Greg ended up dead of an "apparent" drug overdose.

The cool thing about him is that he smokes lots of weed and he's open about it. Bringing acceptance of weed to the masses. That is commendable.

Trump never was and never will be part of the hierarchy. He is just a figurehead for cosmic humor.
