I think he's referring to how you handle the chicken ~ ie; handwashing so you don't contaminate everything you touch, such as the pepper shaker  ;)   Since you are such a big fan of pepper, you should try a fresh peppercorn grinder.  Some of the spice companies are selling them as part of their packaging.

lol, I dont know...it just doesnt seem to have been cooked well enough..

That seemed fine.  They were relatively small pieces which cook rather quickly.

yeah some people over at bb.com was telling me about that salmonella contamination

I have been cooking my food like that forever and never had anyone talking about no contamination
