So you just did 3 compound moves? 1 for push, 1 for pull, and 1 for legs, yes? I just started a dip and dead cycle. Push it hard ma man, and strive to make progress and get stronger every single workout, coz I sure as hell am gonna do the same 8)

Arms are up a half inch over a 4 week period using the following split:
Day 1: Bis
Day 2: Tris
Day 3: Delts
