Just again proves that weather you're doing drama reps like warren, 1/8 reps like huh, or perfect reps like yates, that training has very little to do with bodybuilding when you get to the point where your only gains are going to be from more drugs.
Training style has never ever mattered, it can all be built by volume, HIT, crap form, light weights, blah blah, it's just stimulating the muscle in some way and letting the drugs cause it to grow.

Obviously unconventional but dont knock it until you try it. Listen to his interview it makes sense for him. Ive seen seen some crazy training styles at golds venice there used to be a black guy late 40's around 57 170 with a sick physique that trained with crazy controlled cheating but he had been doing it for years and it his muscle the way he wanted to and his physique spoke for itself....

Prime example of how juiced-up bodybuilding ISN'T as hard as natural bodybuilding. This juiced-up monkey can do these exercises with little intensity and lack of decent for etc and still get big. as long as the muscle gets tension and breaks down it will work.. we have seen it time and time again.. break it down and diet and super supplements will take over.. does not matter much as to low or high volume.. switch around only to avoid boredom and get some new stimulus.. the key is just being consistent with training and use..

You take a lot of drugs and eat good food and your gonna grow. The training is just the stimulus u need for it to happen.
Even a coach potatoe on AAS is gonna gain muscle, people seem to forget this.
Jay Cutler has been doing the same routine with the same weights for years and he's Mr.O.
Ronnie used heavy weight and mod volume
Dorian used HIT and only trained 4 days a week.
Lee Haney used 50lbs for one arm rows and squated 225 and he looked fantastic.
The morale of all of that is, it doesnt matter how you train as long as you do. Its all drugs, food and genetics.

He is around 5'9/5'10. I've seen him in person. Shorter than me by a couple of inches. Good physique.
Kuclo is better though, more potential, but has yet to become pro while Putnam and Dan Hill are ::)

Surprising lack of back and shoulder thickness for 300 lbs. When you're bottom heavy though, you always weigh more than you look.

drugs are huge percent,,,, but these guys would look better if they did put the work in, ie full controlled range of motion, just as yates did........
doesnt matter if its low vol or high vol, squeezes and contractions, slow negatives ..they all count for somthing, and these clowns would be a few % better if they implemented them

I don't see why everyone says his training looks so easy and, as evidence, cite his range of motion.
WTF does range of motion have to do with how hard training is? Short range of motion can be hard because it works up a monster burn / pump faster than full ROM.
It's true, it doesn't look like he was training that hard -- because he was stopping sets even when he was still cranking out reps full speed. NOT because of his ROM.

Sergio oliva trained with a partial range mostly but he did the right part of the movement which for back is the fully contracted position to arms partially bent not arms straight to arms slightly bent like this clown.

honestly the only body part i train with partial range of motion is legs because it def keeps more tension on the quad when doing partial hacks and normal squats, its funny seeing the internet warriors and the bbing.com t shirt kids get salty at me cuz im not going ass to grass yet my quads/hammies/ and glutes look almost dbl the size of theirs, the poor, form nazis never progress in the gym even after years and still have no social life i always truly felt bad for those kids.

Whats work for me might not work for you, everybody are different! That's total bullshit! Ever human body is the same, equal to rats pigs etc...same muscles, same fibers, same bone, etc etc etc...
What work for me, what a bullshit...probably he upped the doses when he made his gain and think its the half rep training technique. There is no fuggin secret to build muscle, you just pick up a dumble and lift it until u get tired, then rest, then repeat...works for all, everybody, alles!
Training for strength, endurance, or speed is another thing...but build muscles, that's the most simple thing u can do...half rep my ass!
