Some IFBB Pros and top NPC guys aside, weight training can be ideal for TOTAL fitness. This is a revision of the first article I published for Examiner.com and my first as the Omaha Fitness Examiner. If you know people who don't want to train with weights, or aren't progressing toward their fitness goals, show them this article.

LOL. I constantly still hear from the general public, especially women, the same myths that you would hear 30 years ago. Articles have to be in AP style, bullet points aren't a go ;)

If you want to eliminate stupidity get a nuke and go after some trailer parks. You're still going to hear the same shit in 30 years. Which is great you can still make money off it then.

LOL. True. But even heard this in South Carolina in a supposedly upwardly mobile city when I was working for Defendis. Try to sell training at his prices when they are not even convinced about weight training,,

You worked for John Defendis? Selling training ? WTF does that mean?

That article was quite profound. Really. ;)

How about 'intenseman,' so you don't sound like a one-schoolroom bride?

Totally agree with Intenceman about obtaining max results with a well planned weight training program. Strength, raw power, stamina (endurance plus strength), or whatever. Short range strength burst or long range VO2max gains, whatever suits the needs and goals of the individual.
