Just noticed the news. Good for Americas withering economy and especially real estate markets.
A Russian billionaire has bought what the Wall Street Journal calls the nation's most expensive single-family home.

WSJ writes:
"Mr. Milner's deal for the home offers a stark contrast to the national real-estate market. Housing data show that prices continue to fall, and economists have forecast further declines between 5% and 10% for much of this year. "

Of course this Russian plans not to live in US as he lives in Moscow, the city with most billionaires in the world. But it's nice to have Americas most expensive house on hand if you suddenly stop there on your journey  8)

Of course US still has best pro bodybuilders. Respect for that.

shouldve offerd under 50 million but being a billionare probably better to offer way more to up the ante

and he's not even going to life there? what you bought it just for the ego of it all!

sorry, but i'm a different human being than this human. to think what 100 million would do for starving children/ hell starving adults around the world or something to help mankind and you want to spend it on a house that your not going to life in?!

man i wonder if there are mirrors in this guy's house?!

LOL I know where that house is... used to live In Palo Alto....  land is expensive there.. that alone.. well

California = still one of the greatest place to live on earth.

Well... considering he is billionaire he probably has paid sum' serious taxes in his lifetime to feed poor people... They pay taxes even in Russia  ;)

Plus. How we know how much money he is putting on charity work?

Might be... I would also buy lil' holiday cottage there if I had billion dollars or Muscletech contract...

It's massive but nowhere near as nice as some of the homes in miami..

much prefer something like that..the one at the start of the thread looks like a hotel not a home..
