Or he's too busy investing our tax dollars into Brazil's oil industry.  Or maybe he's too busy with his kinetic military action that is costing up hundreds of millions a day with no endgame in sight.  Meanwhile the country is going in the shitter.  "Nero fiddled as Rome burned"  Obama plays golf and goes to South America while the country wastes away into a sea of debt.
