relatively happy. there has to come a time where you have to be content with the gains you made. life is too short to only focus on the bad things you have.
as long as im considered big by regular ignorant people im happy. that's were its all about. i wouldnt want to be a huge bber either, you always have that label on you and people think you can only talk about how much you can bench and stuff.

Oh I don't. :) People act genuinely surprised a lot of times when I tell them my weight if they ask. Only time I check my weight is if I come down with some sort of stomach sickness.

LOL I'm not talking about ms olympia condition  there

Women should for sure be 20+ bf. Otherwise they do not feel soft and cuddly.... (no high estrogen)

A girl hair over 100lbs to a decent 200lbs. Made it to 170lbs in a couple years natural.

200lbs+ was sloppy and uncomfortable. Chiseled down to 170lbs shredded for summer but not going over 10% bf ever again. Look way bigger and feel better being able to take my shirt off and make people jealous.

Been lifting since 2006. Sometimes I'm motivated but sometimes I'm just content and train lazy. Going to train hard again once I'm over this cold.

started at 130 (14 yrs old, 5'11", brutal size)
maxed out at 240 (about 2 years ago, brutal 80% bodyfat)
currently at 200-205 for the last year and a half or so, probably stick to this for a while as it's easy to maintain.

started lifting weights at 14 years old....weighed about 150.

Got up to 267 lbs. with 20 inch arms..55 inch chest and a 37 inch waist at approximately 16% bf at my largest

now I'm in the high 240s and a Good deal leaner and more muscular...bf around 12%.....maybe a little less.

I'm still BIG but not that big...and I'm cool with it. I look better and feel a whole lot better . I don't know How those guys do it....walking  around at 300+, I wasn't nearly that big and I felt like I had a midget hanging around my neck 24/7

Ouch brother!

I started out around 170, 9%bf around 18 (played a lot of sports)

got up to lean 260 with 19 3/4" arms at biggest (but watery)

now happy 244 @ 11% +/- doing not as many bodybuilding exercises, more practical stuff, also
cardio, p90x and muay thai

Started at 140lbs aged 15 with an estimated 10% bodyfat.

Started using at age 25, bodyweight at the time was 235lbs. Bodyfat roughly 15-20%.

Then went up to 247lbs by age 28 with estimated bodyfat roughly 15-20%.

Currently age 33, bodyweight 225lbs (clean for two years). Bodyfat roughly 12-15%. Looking in better shape than I've ever done when on.

5' 10.5", 294 lbs, roughly 18% - 20% bodyfat (workin' on it).  Got up to 302 lbs a few months ago, but I've been slacking a bit and my long hours at work were taking a toll.  Graduated high school at 175 lbs. a LONG time ago.  Lifetime natural, but I have no beef against guys using stuff if they want to (it's their life; it's just not for me).  I know many people would call BS on my stats, but I don't look as heavy as I actually weigh; I've always been that way even when I was a skinny kid; not sure why.

You know, I would be pretty skeptical myself if I was reading what I had posted regarding my stats.  But it is what it is.  Look, I'm an old guy (41 years old) with a great wife and kids and nothing to prove.  I workout because I love pushing myself in the gym.  I'm old-school; more Haney, Gaspari, and Levrone ~ not Cutler, Heath, or even Ronnie (although I respect what these guys have accomplished as well).  I've got over 16 years of lifting experience, so I know what my body responds to, what exercises work best for me, have honed in on my mind/muscle connection when training, know what foods my body best utilizes, etc.  And yes I'm totally natural and always have been, and I can look my kids in their eyes and tell them that.  Again, as I've stated, I've got no problem with guys whom are using; it's just not for me.  Bodybuilding is near the bottom of my list of priorities; I concentrate on being a good father, husband, son, etc.  There's so many huge guys in the gym that dwarf me; I don't view myself as being a big guy at all.

126 (56 kg) - 181 (82 kg)
5.8 ft (173)
4 years training
Biggest I've been is about 190 was trying to hit 200 but was not liking having a round moonface while bulking up, I now at least have a jawline and look fit and athletic.
And just trying to maintain a quality 180-185 for now...but will try for a better controlled bulk for 200 sometime again.
