Title: Top guys and the X-mas tree pose...
Post by: Parker on April 05, 2011, 12:55:33 PM: Every notice that you rarely see the top pros doing the X-mas tree pose, or pics of their backs while doing that pose (had to word it right). I've seen pic of Phil Heath, Dex, I think Vic and Kai, but def not Jay (his would be laughable, and def not Wolf either...nor Roelly, Rockel, and Branch either (would be a total joke).

Not everyone looks good in every pose. Showcase the pose that works with your physique.

Pathetic...in the 90s, basically everybody had a great X-mas tree pose. Even Richard Jones has a better one than the current Mr. O....the X-mas tree pose highlights certain back development that is not seen by the lat spread or BDB pose--although, people who have shitty lower back development tend to have shitty X-mas tree poses...
