It does look like it's being held a bit slack but only by about half an inch or so.

so take this case and apply it to philip heath ,,his arms can even be 19 inches,,but when down to 6% and under it look 22 inches... that all that matters,,

in any case offseason he is about 21 inches ,,on stage about 20 and WITH oil! its nto ron colman 22-23 inches lol not even close lol

gh15 said that Ron did not put oil in his arms as in "synthol" or "esiclene" or whatever but he did inject his drugs to them, site injections.

gh15 even now has bigger arms than Heath .. ;)
