1.on a low carb diet what is better for fat loss? high carb days or a carb up cheat meal

1. first try with the high "clean" carb day...if it doesnt work at getting you fuller, have a cheat meal or even whole cheat day.
Note that you should be down well enough on bf for these days to really work.
2. Once a week....but if you can go longer as in 10 days, 2 weeks whatever its even better.

I have a cheat meal every sunday night, not so much for my physique as I could just have a high "clean carbs" day, but I need it mentally this far out from the show
as the show gets closer I just have to man up and cut it

but your dieting for a show so it is different cause you realize your gonna be on stage in front of tons of people lol. I am just some nobody gym rat :D. Usually I break sub 10 percent and after a few weeks bail the diet and say fuck it and back to bulking.

frequency depends on your diet otherwise and metabolism

You can do a cheat day if you want, and an added cheat meal somewhere in the middle of the week. Depends on a lot of factors, experience, training level, how many weeks out you are, your cycle. etc etc
