For natty....no way to lose fat and gain muscle at same time. Period. Especially once you're down to the last 10-15lbs of fat loss, expect to lose 2lbs of muscle for every 1lb of fat. Even at beginning, probably 1 to 1 ratio...reality.

BRO, ITS NOT HAPPENING. I TRIED. WASTED LIKE 10-12 WEEKS. WHERE DID I END UP? ABOUT 8LBS LESS, AND JUST WANTED THAT TIME BACK.
