at the same time ?

been dieting for 6 weeks and lost 10 kg's

lost some muscle as well
 
do you up the protein ?

lose weight slower and lift weights.  You should be able to keep most of your muscle.

Losing weight too quickly bro - 2 LBS per week to minimise muscle loss - increase protein and overall calorie intake by 20%.

For natty....no way to lose fat and gain muscle at same time. Period. Especially once you're down to the last 10-15lbs of fat loss, expect to lose 2lbs of muscle for every 1lb of fat. Even at beginning, probably 1 to 1 ratio...reality.

been 2 about 2 months now

feeling great

strength is coming back along with some lean muscle

around 180 gms protein a day now

BRO, ITS NOT HAPPENING. I TRIED. WASTED LIKE 10-12 WEEKS. WHERE DID I END UP? ABOUT 8LBS LESS, AND JUST WANTED THAT TIME BACK.

YOU'RE GONNA HAVE TO BE ON SOMETHING TO RECOMP. NO WAY ROUND IT.
