distilled water...lol... whatever..dont drink a gallon,,..whatever...If you dieting and you weigh 260 lbs in contest shape or 160lbs you need the water..your made up of water..80% of muscle is water..over hydrate..whatever.How long you been competing?how many shows have you done..lol everyone is different when it comes to water....and some supplements do work....

Although all supplements are gimmicky, for some reason Gaspari seems less sincere and he line of steroid-like supps are even less sincere. I do however like the professionalism of Lee La Brada. Just for that reason alone I'd rather buy his products.
