Title: Tail bone pain
Post by: coltrane on April 12, 2011, 08:37:45 AM
Ive had some lower back injuries in the past.  Most recent is what I think a herniated disc.  Anyway, the lower portion of my tailbone has been hurting the past few weeks.  I haven't fell on it or anything.  Not to be graphic, but it hurts most when I squeeze my butt cheeks together (sorry guys, but no other way to describe).

Please, no homo comments.

wear a belt during the day (if you have a regular job...etc just put it on under your clothes) also yoga works to stretch out lower spine.

Water and also sleep on your back with pillows under your legs (knees to feet) so the spine is properly hydrated during sleep and can elongate.

my chiropractor walked me through all this when I hurt my lower back down there. He's one of the best (works with miami dolphins players)

I was so bad last year my right foot was going numb...now i'm better than ever.
