He had great conditioning, but his conditioning doesn't look that great in that pic.

He still looked horrible and coupled with a messed up judging criteria started the downfall of bodybuilding.

I just didn't like his look, going by how I saw him on video mostly. One pic doesn't prove anything.

I personally thought Flex looked better in 99.
Ronnie won in 98, no question.
But 99... I really think Flex pushed Ronnie. Ronnie wasnt as sharp or dry as 98, and Flex looked pretty fckn good.
