Anyone use any?

No, but i think "fitday" (Im not sure about the name, google it) is pretty good.

For my diet Excel + http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/search/
For most exercises I don't count weight and prefer some variation, so no schedule for that.

maybe the paid one, but the online one is too "ad" heavy. takes a shitload time to do daily shit sometimes. Also, cant break down diet into "meals"...just one mess. You have to do stuff like create a food like "---------" to separate a meal.

for counting calories, try WolframAlpha, for example http://tinyurl.com/3tz3npd (http://tinyurl.com/3tz3npd)

This is awesome. Thank you. I was able to quickly calculate the nutritional profile for a chicken stirfry with 8 ingredients.
I doubt many bodybuilders will need this since they only eat simple items like chicken, broccoli, tuna, etc., but if you actually enjoy cooking with many ingredients...this will be a godsend.
