Sure Lie-Cour is natural, so is Jay. He said it himself in an interview. And these athletes have drug tests all the time, it's IFBB policy. And steroids don't work anyway, they just make you hold water.
They use creatine though, plus vitamine pills. The rest is hard work and nice food like granny makes.

i think that's a big mistake people make in thinking that if someone takes steroids HE HAS TO BE A 250 POUND MUSCLEBOUND MONSTER!
which isn't the case, different juice does different stuff, i.e. makes you cut, lean, etcetera.
dude at my gym whose in his mid 40's only weighs probably 180 pounds but is clearly on some kind of juice, because not only is he under 10 percent or so bodyfat year round and does very little cardio, but he has that "grainy, paper thin" skin and his delts "pop" out big time, both are i have read signs of obvious juice use.

I don't know why, but I almost believe Jeff Willet that he's natural. If he isn't, then he's a damn good liar. I mean, look at that friendly, shy, calm, grounded guy, would a guy like that juice? ;D

EDIT: I do not mean 175 lbs at 6'0, im talking here respectable muscle mass, this is about bodybuilding and weight lifting correct? ok good.
secondly, to be real specific yes at 40 ill put u at 12 percent naturally in really good shape.. under 10 ur pushing it my man.. but atleast you have a positive outlook on things

The only thing that strikes me is your ability to melt. Have you seen what I look like? If you think thats 10%, then you seriously should put down the herb and cleanse yourself. Also, just a quick tip...4x a week is plenty. I also make sure every day is not a "chest and biceps" session....much like I predict you do. I also not only know, but utilize a squat rack for its intended purpose.
Next time, keep your mouth shut....know your position on this board fuck wit. Oh wait, you have 3yrs of solid weight training under your belt! ::)
