If you've been lifting for years there's a good chance you've got something that either fuxks with u all the time or pops up from time to time
Mine is a muscle in my back next to my spinae erector, fucker always spasms up a couple times a year.
Seems like it coincides with my cutting diet

Right shoulder, right shoulder, right shoulder and right shoulder.
Oh, and right shoulder.
Shoulders suck, they shouldn't exist.
-
My lower back... don't know what exactly there but some disc probably...
Hurt it back in the "serious days" while doing heavy bent over rows.
Didn't pop up while I was on my 4 year lay off but now when I've started lifting again it prevents me from doing heavy bent overs anymore :'(
-
Had that for some time. What helped was pre-exhauting: pullups, pulldowns, then DB rows, then Tbars or deadlifts.
-
My wife - by definition this should be acceptable.

I feel you on that, my right shoulder has been fucked since doing private security/bodyguarding years ago and now my left is starting to show signs of wear, no more crazy military presses.

I have none!
I used to do lots of singles and doubles and almost never went over 5 or 6 reps. Got hurt all the time and always had something or other bothering me.
Now I go for 12 reps with full ROM on every set and all that is in the past, my body looks way better too. If I tried to max out I might be weaker, but who cares. Leave your ego at the door!

nothing lol.
-
compressed fracture in my L4. Fuked up left shoulder from being jumped years ago and messed up wrists (i have small ass joints).
-
Muscle tears (healed) both calves (from the army) left chest (from benching).
Ones that bother me once in a while, both shoulders, something under my left shoulder blade (weird), muscle spams in my right lower back, right knee (from work)...
+ some occasional smaller issues.
-
fucked knees

Do you attribute training with your gravity suit to your good health?

Me too, lol. And add the left shoulder as well. Haven't benched in years. Benching and behind the neck presses fucked them up. Now I just stick to incline dumbell presses and flys, as well as some hammer strength stuff. And even that hurts. Holds me back from pressing the amount of weight I know I'm capable of. Deep tissue helps, but not enough!
Also have a little pain in my elbows from time to time, but that's minor. Just wish I could train pain free!
-
Lower back is fucked from doing stupidly doing heavy deadlifts with a rounded back in my early days of training just so as I could get the weight from A to B.
Knees are also a bit knackered from locking out on leg extensions a few years back.
Never had any elbow problems like a lot of guys have had.
-
Years of lifting the joints definitely take a beating, knees and elbows, ouch.

Does it revolve around doing L flyes with light weight? I have an old book called the 7 Minute Rotator Cuff Solution by Joseph Horrigan with a lot of those rehab excercises in it. He was one of the pioneers of deep tissue back in the early 90's. I should be doing that stuff, but usually blow it off, lol. Anyway, post that rehab routine.
