Recently started taking this product along with jack3d, for pre and post work out supplementation. anyway, I haven't used anything in about 6 years, and creatine in about 8. Anyways, I have noticed my muscles are more sore than usual. I know creatine causes cramps, but this is a little different. I seem to be a little fuller now, but the sore muscles have me bothered. Any ideas on if this is coming from the supplements, or is it just coincidence? Been taking these for a week or so. Thanks

Coincidence. Myozene doesn't do anything, good or bad.
