i remember years ago when i lived in lala land (l.a.) back in 2002, getting very low on gas and i had to get off the freeway and get gas in compton! it was the middle of the daytime so i guess it wasn't that bad or dangerous? anyway, i remember pumping gas and seeing this guy leaning on the wall of the gas station just hanging out, when i went to walk inside to pay for the gas, he came up to me and said in a very cool manner" hey man you got any money?"....
now when most people say this to you, either you give them a few bucks or just ignore them, but i guess i had the audacity to ask him " what for" and he looked at me like I was totally crazy with his bugged out eyes and says "duh, for pot!'
i replied " no, i don't have any money for that!" lol! i guess you had to be there but what he said and the way he said it was too funny!
