how many from each chart do you usually do in a typical week's time?

WOW!!! haven't seen that in decades. Used to follow them all religously with my plastic plates back when I was about 12 years old...
I'll never forget being 16 and out lifting my best friends dad. He was a rail worker and moved iron all day long.
I'd say today still do about a dozen.

mmmmmmmm dumplings..are u kidding I gained 7 llbs from crap I ate over the weekend..Especially yesterday..all that damn chocolate, 3 canolis, baklava..oh the list is endless. But most of its gone already..
