Here is Mr. Rogers Theme song, so inviting, so soothing...
Imagine what his song would sound like today---Mr. Rogers being interrupted midway in the song by some badass kid---and then he throws his shoe at the kid

bbing related, because we have watched Mr. Rogers and his calmness motivated us to be "neighborly" and use the weights of the kid down the street (whose father threw his shoes at his kids)

What today's kids REALLY need:

A serious backhand across the mouth

their precious cell phones shot to hell with an automatic weapon

extradited to boarding school/military school for 3-4 years for a good, proper education and none of this mtv/hip hop shit

I swear if my son ever shows up to my house with a sideways baseball hat and jeans down around his knees he's getting sent overseas!

That is so awesome, I'm literally tearing up. 

I love this man, and grew up with him.  I owe a large part of the fact that I'm a great, mature, intelligent man to Mr. Rogers.

I was fairly free as a kid, and rarely physically disciplined.  I'm really happy with the way I turned out.
