Even the Doom II crowd would kick him out, the Daikatana Lan would need to adjourn and have a 3 day voting process for admission even if they were 2 short.

I wonder if Ron has ever been tempted to use muscle enhancing drugs?  Ron has ate/breathed bodybuilding and has been in the culture for many years yet he has remained "clean".  OUTSTANDING INTEGRITY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

STAY CLEAN...STAY POSITIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    * Getbig.com was started in 1995 as a place where bodybuilding fans could come, talk about various subjects, and learn about the history, contest results, articles, and other newsworthy subjects related to bodybuilding. Over the years, it has developed into a monster project, although Ron still runs it as a fan for the bodybuilding, figure and fitness community. The site was, and still is a passion that Ron keeps updating on his spare time. While not the only site Ron runs, it is one of his favorites.

    * For 50 hours a week or so, Ron works for DNA Sports Nutrition, a company located in Southern California, which distributes a multitude of sports nutrition items to the wholesale industry, from gyms, to sports nutrition stores, to low carb stores, to military bases, which brands includes American Body Building Products, Next Proteins, Muscletech, and 40 other sport nutrition brands. Here he is pictured with his wife, Lori.

Only on Getbig could Ron handle incessant teasing and not go on a major banning spree. He doesn't get all butt hurt unlike other owners (Blechman and Siouxcountry), admins (RXmuscle), and mods (every other fucking bodybuilding forum).

Didn't Squadfather get a job there as a greeter?  I wonder if he used Ron as a reference, or if it was the other way around.

220lbs?.....that's too small, Ron. for your frame, 240lbs is normal

ron doesnt need a bodybuilding physique, he has a wife (and kids, i believe)

who wants to spend an hour a day lifting weights when you can be chillaxing watching tv, writing a novel or browsing getbig?

222 - that is the goal, hopefully.

Yes, two kids, age 7 and 5.  Spend today with my 7 year old, going to the Cheesecake Factory (yes, ate clean), to the mall (to the Disney Store, to Jamba Juice, just walked around and shopped for some clothes), and yes, met someone who recognized me from Getbig... seriously.  (My 5 year old was at a birthday party with Mom).  And I loved it.  Having a family, being balanced in life, with work, fun, friends, traveling websites and family is good, and very hard to maintain, especially if you have shows 4 weeks in a row.

As I said, not a bodybuilder. Just a guy with a ton of flaws, with no ego, and just having fun.  I am a fan of bodybuilding, a good photographer, and hard work and dedication. With very little willpower to get in shape (which I am trying to get out of, as Isaac 'Lift Studios' Hinds inspired me, as he lost 50 pounds and got back in shape).

No need for granite willpower, Ron.  Grunting under a bar for 5x5 has little to do with being healthy.  Find a place you enjoy and walk through it briskly for 20-30 minutes a day.  I'm more of a fresh air guy than a mall walker, but to each his own.

And if you have food questions, you have an entire forum full of people who will tear eachother to shreds about which diet will see you to great grandfatherhood.  Future's so bright...
