Next step try doing 225lbs bench 100 reps one set.Now that shit is tough.In the NFL they have to do 20 reps 225lb so 100 is up there but not if you are a 550lb bencher.

I did this with just the 45lb bar last sunday just fucking around. It was fucking exhausting, no way I could do it with any significant weight.

No but close to a week. My friend was using 315 while i was using 405 and we were seeing who would give up first, never finished the back workout though

I remember the contest Special Ed had on here, with about 5-7 people videoing themselves trying to attempt the challenge. Chris Mason I think was the unofficial winner, having hit somewhere around 57, and I think Zach (Mr Magoo) did a few numbers less but was deemed the winner because there was something about how Mason not resting according to the rules.
Both those guys, especially Mason, are strong guys. And if they can't do it, as most here have surmised, Adonis cannot.

It's a very hard feat, but I'm sure there is someone that can do it. Your elite endurance guys, not pure strength - Eric Heiden Olympic medalist comes to mind. He could squat 225 continuously for 15 min - over 100 reps.
