Ok so I am about 3 months into a serious cut. Unfortunately I am a retard and didn't take any photos at the start of my cut. I'm really hard on myself and never think I'm doing as good as I should even if I am eating perfect ect. I just need to know if any of you guys can see a difference in these pics other than the color of my underwear.

Your tits look a little smaller in the second pic, but two weeks is hardly enough time to see a big difference at your bodyfat.
You should take progress pics, but probably not a good idea to post them here. ;D

If he's serious and sincere, I will closely mod this thread to stay positive, otherwise, I could move it to the Positive board.
Thoughts?

I can assure you I'm not trolling you guys with this. Just need outside eyes to help guide me. I definitely am going to start doing monthly pics instead of every 2 weeks.

3 months into a serious cut ?
What's your diet and exercise like ?
What do your calories consist of ?
for future reference ( giving you the benefit that you are serious )
take your photos in the same exact place .. the ones you posted are from different distances .. put a mark on your floor and always use the same stance
are you weighing and measuring yourself at all ?
do you have some apprehension on either doing a strict fast or using a keto diet for a short while ?

To help you out we need some stats. What was your starting weight? What's your goal? Were you previously in shape and have some sort of "muscle memory" or are you a beginner?
What was your diet like leading up to the weight gain and what is your diet like now?
Remember to lose weight it is ultimately calories in vs. calories burned. The heavier you are the more calories you will burn by moderate excercise, but as you lose weight you need to adjust your calorie intake or else you will reach a plateau. This is the number 1 failure of any diet. People think that if they just consume 2000 calories a day that they'll lose weight, and you will to start but at a certain point unless you increase your calorie expenditure by doing more calories, taking in some sort of real metabolism booster such as ECA or clen, or just lowering your calories you will hit a speed bump. Give us more info and we'll help you out.
Also one change you NEED to make is stop drinking everything but water. No diet drinks, no milk, just water. You will lose a ton of water weight in a couple of weeks. It's amazing how much water you will retain by drinking "diet" drinks.
More info and we can help.

I think they look a little different based solely on the appendectomy scar he has but like was said... Tough to tell with the angle. In three months though you should have been able to make much more progress though and it would have been obvious. So post up some more info on what you've been up to and we'll have you leaned out in no time!
