Correct me if I'm wrong, steroids aren't widely available in prison, these guys are getting around 50g's protein daily, and good chance they're not using supplements?
So how do they train?
What's the deal?

In prison guys can get protien powders. And yes, they do get steroids. Prisons are full of heroin, coke, crack, weed, steroids, everything. They sometimes hustle more food or somehow get more food too. There are things that can be done.

Most guys in there are just naturally strong and cut.
But there are a lot of guys in prison on steroids.
Prison is full of top level gangsters who control lots and lots of money and have lots of power. You think they aren't hooking people up with steroids in there? They are running tons of heroin through there, everyone knows that. Steroids are there too.
Some guys go to prison and get on steroids just to be able to fight better and defend themselves.
Of course every prison is different. In some you can't get things easily. Other are full of drugs and corrupt from top to bottom.

Anything you can get on the outside is available in prison...anything.

They got nothing else to do than lift, rest, eat what they can. Calories build muscle. It may just take them longer, but they have nowhere else to party....
