Thats off top of head if I wrote down I could estimate better.

Like later on I will have some nuts, food for dinner and lots of snacks possibly a protein shake aswell and some tuna. Normally i eat more but was out on site visits this afternoon.

Plan on fixin' a turkey meatloaf this evening for myself with baked potatoes as a side. Yum yum !!

Egg whites, milk, 2 scoops whey, 1 banana and 150g oats - blend into shake.

Bacon, black pudding and egg roll.

250g Chicken 100g rice with curry sauce.

Got some salmon for tea, followed by another meal (more chicken/steak) and the shake again before bed.

Just picked up some fresh Buddha's fingers with some bok choy.  Going to make an amazing salad for dinner tonight.  My mouth is already watering.  Maybe top it off with some fresh sparking water and some yoga.  AMAZING!

1. 10 egg whites + one free range omega egg, 2 wheetabix, 1 banana made into pancake with raw honey.
2. 10 oz  Chicken breast & white rice with teriyaki
3. cup of greek yogurt with LBA's and fruit
4. 10 oz Chicken thighs with almonds
5. 10 oz grass fed beef
6. whey/casein protein mix with raw milk plus almond butter mixed with coconut oil.

planning to eat? isn't this a bothersome concept,  I don't understand why you would plan something like that?

when I feel it's time to eat I prepare something then, what I want at that moment, just make sure you have what you need at home all the time to make your preferable good stuff, but knowing hours in advance, impossible


I think if you plan you aint gonna feel as good or satisfied

Not entirely sure what we will cook later tonight.  Maybe Spaghetti and Meatballs.

So far I had:
A bowl of Granola Cereal with a cup of Vitamin D Milk
Applesauce
Greek Yogurt with Blueberries

I just ate a FlufferNutter sandwich

and also a ton of orange juice as I have been outside this morning for a while picking up sticks in the nearly 90 degree heat.

Up at 6am. Had some oats, 6 eggs and a cup of Joe.

Since I'm off today I had some chicken and rice at 10am where it's usually only tuna/turkey sandwiches at work.

Steak and greens for lunch at 1pm.

Slept to 3:30pm

Protein shake and coffee just now. Leaving for gym soon. Shake straight after training with creatine and glutamine sprinkled in. Two bananas with it.

Chicken and pasta when I get back.

Probably a tiny bit of oats with whey before bed so I don't wake up during the night starving.

typical, I went to the store to buy some eggs and then bought a whole bunch of other stuff and forgot buying eggs  ;D lol

todays plans:

100gr rice w/ 300grams of fried pork strips, w/ different spices and soy sauce

100gr rice w/ can of tuna, pepper n soy sauce

later on i'll have some chocolate icecream and watermelon for some low calorie cheat food

i'll try not to eat more than that, im guessing thats 1800/1900 calories tops

Yup. I'm currently about 203 lbs, goal is high 170's low 180's. I've stopped training as well to give my joints and tendons a rest also, I'm planning on having about 2 months off tbh.

I'd say that it's about 2 grand, I was eating roughly 1200 per day, but I saw a lady friend of mine on Thursday, and she told me that I'm too slim and that I need to add some muscles on me, so that has become my "cue" to start eating and gaining muscles ;D I am sitting at sub-8 now, so the goal pour moi  is to add muscle without adding fat, we shall see ;)

i feel like im literally falling apart so i decided to up the calories a little today

meal 1:
2 cups granola (1000 calories  :o)
1 cup whole milk

meal 2 (shake):
1.5 scoops whey
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 banana
2 cups whole milk

meal 3 (can't really remember this one too well):
two slices chicken pizza
two cups whole milk

-- interlude: one of the most pathetic workouts i've had in my entire life --

meal 4:
half a package of buitoni linguine
1-2 tbsp butter
.5 lb salmon

drank about a liter of water with each one i guess

Today I ate very clean and low cals, after yesterdays "big" day.

rest day today...nothing but sitting on my ass.

oats,eggwhites 1 yolk...all mixed in a bowl. I love it, with some sea salt. My favourite.

brown rice and chicken.

2x liquid eggwhites 3hours apart.

1 more meal left - I guess liq eggwhites again and go to sleep.

coffee, pepsi max, water.

Tomorrow it will be exactly the same the only diff is that I will add carbs to one more meal. to get through the chest workout.

Cals are up to round 2500 now, up from the previous 1200 or so that I was on for awhile.

Breakfast: 4 oz cheese, coffee with cream and sugar

Lunch: beef soup, gatorade

Dinner: 5 egg and cheese omelette, lots of gummi bears

Snack: 3 eggs mixed with cream, lots of chocolate chip cookiees

P.S. My weight is up 7 pounds over the past week, while my waist has stayed at 30 inches FACT

yuppp.. body works best with some fats with every protien source.. common sense tho really... caveman always wanted the fattiest meats.. plus whats your body made of ??    protein, calcium, water, and fats mainly... (bones+muscle+cells(water+fats..) ...   so you need water, protein, and fats to survive... vegetables provide calicum though people dont realize it.. yes its small amounts but theres two sides to the equation... you determine nutrient defeciency by comparing supply and demand.. vegetables decrease calcium demand greatly by inhibiting the calcium-losing effects of a high protein deit..(mainly caused by the bodies ph balancing process that is necessary because of the acidity of meat)...    anyways.. felt like sharing that..

I`m old school....you`d be highly surprised how much fat is in clean food.

I do eat natty PB on rice cakes for snacks,+ whole eggs mixed in with my eggwhites.

Been doing this forever and I always get ripped.....not trying to grow at the moment,although I do add a bit of size when dieting anyway.

I`m old school....you`d be highly surprised how much fat is in clean food.

I do eat natty PB on rice cakes for snacks,+ whole eggs mixed in with my eggwhites.

Been doing this forever and I always get ripped.....not trying to grow at the moment,although I do add a bit of size when dieting anyway.


When dieting, do you add fats in your meals?

pb, olive oil, egg yolks, fish oil caps ect...and do you think they aid in fat loss?

When dieting, do you add fats in your meals?

pb, olive oil, egg yolks, fish oil caps ect...and do you think they aid in fat loss?
I do add an egg or two to my eggwhites,I use olive oil only occasionally,and juat a thin layer of PB on a rice cake or two as a snack if I`m really craving a treat.

I try to avoid calorie dense foods at any cost as my goal is to lose weight/bodyfat to make a weight class.

However,once I`m ripped and ready,I`ll eat more whole eggs,add beef in once or twice a week,and I`ll broil fish in a bit of EVOO.........but only after I`m contest ready.

I got a buddy back in Massachusettes who`s doing the same contest as me (NPC Masters Nats)......he`s eating venison which is great as his main protein source,bagels,whole grain bread,and oatmeal, as his main carb sources,and 12-TBSPS of PB a day,plus doing zero cardio.


IMO,if you feel great while dieting and can eat like he thinks he can eat and get cut like he swears he`s gonna` do,then you ain`t dieting.

When you feel like shit after 16-20 weeks as you should,you more than likely look pretty fucking good.

Instead of burning added fats in my diet as fuel,I`d much rather burn added bodyfat instead.

hmmmm  where do i start  just did my show last night and right after it we went out to eat  started with loaded nachos, then hot wings 2 dozen, then my main course of a steak with seafood oscar on top with loaded baked potato and lots and lots of ice water sooo thirsty from the dehydration. On the way home stopped for a Mcflurry well actually 2. Back on a clean diet Monday to keep my condition and of course this will be great time to grow again.

Well i havent competed in 6 years and things have changed. My first show i weighed 200 as a heavyweight and this time a much better conditioned 231 but everyone else is so much bigger and better. I should do masters as i 46 and just cant compete in the open class. I placed 4 out of 7. I will do it again!!

For the rest of the day.....

probably a shake after 3-4 hours with coffee (I will be at university).

come back from there. thai rice and chick breast with mustard

bike to the gym-train-return biking for cardio

I'm trying to follow god's guideline for a natural to consume 150-200 grams of protien per day. Also, my arms are up a little over a half inch in size after 3 weeks time FACT 8)

yesterday:
snickers bar and coffee

shrimp and cottage cheese

hamburger patty and green beans

peanut butter and jelly sandwich and glass of skim milk.....post workout

keeping cals low.....dropped some serious body fat in the last 60 days

mentzer type diet.....nothing super strict....but the cals are low enough that the body fat is coming off and waist is getting smaller......just as strong and mass is actually going up somewhat. The tren acetate is helping out too.

well metabolism is determined by thyroid hormones, total muscle mass, and daily activity. meal frequency does not effect it.

protein digests very slowly, the fasest of all proteins is whey and it tops out at about 10grams per hour, with most meats being around 5-8g/hour.  that means 10 ounces of meat and your good for up to 10 hours.  


bigger meals might mean swings in blood sugar levels, but what matters is not preventing spikes... its preventing dips that you ought to worry about. on a calorie controlled diet insulin sensitivity will alwways be high and glyocgen stores always low, and thus high blood sugar is completely fine, it will all be stored quickly and efficiently into the muscle.

no eating more meals does not do anything to icrease metabolism. im telling you this. its fact. metabolism is determined by total muscle mass, thyroid hormones, and daily activity. these variables determine the rate at which energy is used. how often you eat has no effect on any of those variables, and thus no effect on energy expenditure (metabolism)


fat actually helps yoru body digets protein better. an over abundance of fat can slow it down, but having a little compared to none with bbe much faster. the fats help bring out more digestie enzymes in the stomach and give the intestines energy to use for the process as well. (its common sense if u think about it, humans never ate the lean meat off their kill, they went for the fatty stuff)


not saying going 10 hours between meals is desireable, i think 5-6 hours is perfect, but if you ate 10-12 ounces of meat then you would not go catabolic for at least 10 or so hours.


serge ate one meal per day. thats 24 hours in between meals.   :)

lol I swear just looking at Tbombz body chemistry, his body is waiting to explode with growth. The huge head, the massive frame, the strength, his body just hasn't taken off yet. I've seen this before.

eggs oats yolk 45pro 60carbs and fats in the yolk

liquid whites, a small bagel, a croissant. 45pro and quite a lot of carbs in the bagel and croissant

rice and chicken 45prot and 60carbs

train

eggwhites and oats. 45prot 60carbs

plain chickn breast on the pan. 45prot

the macros are my estimation.

so around 250 prot or less a day.

standar carb intake is 180 a day...higher if i add something "dirty" ..the croiss and bagel for example.

and fats whatever in the foods.

it is all about calories now for me......i am down 15 pounds of fat and everything is coming along nicely.....it ain't pretty but it works.
