Like later on I will have some nuts, food for dinner and lots of snacks possibly a protein shake aswell and some tuna. Normally i eat more but was out on site visits this afternoon.

Got some salmon for tea, followed by another meal (more chicken/steak) and the shake again before bed.

Just picked up some fresh Buddha's fingers with some bok choy. Going to make an amazing salad for dinner tonight. My mouth is already watering. Maybe top it off with some fresh sparking water and some yoga. AMAZING!

when I feel it's time to eat I prepare something then, what I want at that moment, just make sure you have what you need at home all the time to make your preferable good stuff, but knowing hours in advance, impossible
I think if you plan you aint gonna feel as good or satisfied

Yup. I'm currently about 203 lbs, goal is high 170's low 180's. I've stopped training as well to give my joints and tendons a rest also, I'm planning on having about 2 months off tbh.

I'd say that it's about 2 grand, I was eating roughly 1200 per day, but I saw a lady friend of mine on Thursday, and she told me that I'm too slim and that I need to add some muscles on me, so that has become my "cue" to start eating and gaining muscles ;D I am sitting at sub-8 now, so the goal pour moi is to add muscle without adding fat, we shall see ;)

Cals are up to round 2500 now, up from the previous 1200 or so that I was on for awhile.
Breakfast: 4 oz cheese, coffee with cream and sugar
Lunch: beef soup, gatorade
Dinner: 5 egg and cheese omelette, lots of gummi bears
Snack: 3 eggs mixed with cream, lots of chocolate chip cookiees
P.S. My weight is up 7 pounds over the past week, while my waist has stayed at 30 inches FACT

Today: Half a pint of ben n jerry's, one sesame bagel with 8 strips of bacon and 3 eggs. Iced herbal tea. One rice crispy treat made with marijuana butter. Lunch will be a cheeseburger omlette with home fries, 2 servings of your mom's sweet ass cheeks, and pot roast with mashed potatoes for dinner. Also 2 lbs of raw asparagus throughout the day for snacks.

yuppp.. body works best with some fats with every protien source.. common sense tho really... caveman always wanted the fattiest meats.. plus whats your body made of ?? protein, calcium, water, and fats mainly... (bones+muscle+cells(water+fats..) ... so you need water, protein, and fats to survive... vegetables provide calicum though people dont realize it.. yes its small amounts but theres two sides to the equation... you determine nutrient defeciency by comparing supply and demand.. vegetables decrease calcium demand greatly by inhibiting the calcium-losing effects of a high protein deit..(mainly caused by the bodies ph balancing process that is necessary because of the acidity of meat)... anyways.. felt like sharing that..

I do add an egg or two to my eggwhites,I use olive oil only occasionally,and juat a thin layer of PB on a rice cake or two as a snack if I`m really craving a treat.
I try to avoid calorie dense foods at any cost as my goal is to lose weight/bodyfat to make a weight class.
However,once I`m ripped and ready,I`ll eat more whole eggs,add beef in once or twice a week,and I`ll broil fish in a bit of EVOO.........but only after I`m contest ready.
I got a buddy back in Massachusettes who`s doing the same contest as me (NPC Masters Nats)......he`s eating venison which is great as his main protein source,bagels,whole grain bread,and oatmeal, as his main carb sources,and 12-TBSPS of PB a day,plus doing zero cardio.
IMO,if you feel great while dieting and can eat like he thinks he can eat and get cut like he swears he`s gonna` do,then you ain`t dieting.
When you feel like shit after 16-20 weeks as you should,you more than likely look pretty fucking good.
Instead of burning added fats in my diet as fuel,I`d much rather burn added bodyfat instead.

Well i havent competed in 6 years and things have changed. My first show i weighed 200 as a heavyweight and this time a much better conditioned 231 but everyone else is so much bigger and better. I should do masters as i 46 and just cant compete in the open class. I placed 4 out of 7. I will do it again!!

well metabolism is determined by thyroid hormones, total muscle mass, and daily activity. meal frequency does not effect it.
protein digests very slowly, the fasest of all proteins is whey and it tops out at about 10grams per hour, with most meats being around 5-8g/hour. that means 10 ounces of meat and your good for up to 10 hours.
bigger meals might mean swings in blood sugar levels, but what matters is not preventing spikes... its preventing dips that you ought to worry about. on a calorie controlled diet insulin sensitivity will alwways be high and glyocgen stores always low, and thus high blood sugar is completely fine, it will all be stored quickly and efficiently into the muscle.

fat actually helps yoru body digets protein better. an over abundance of fat can slow it down, but having a little compared to none with bbe much faster. the fats help bring out more digestie enzymes in the stomach and give the intestines energy to use for the process as well. (its common sense if u think about it, humans never ate the lean meat off their kill, they went for the fatty stuff)
not saying going 10 hours between meals is desireable, i think 5-6 hours is perfect, but if you ate 10-12 ounces of meat then you would not go catabolic for at least 10 or so hours.

the macros are my estimation.
so around 250 prot or less a day.
standar carb intake is 180 a day...higher if i add something "dirty" ..the croiss and bagel for example.
and fats whatever in the foods.

it is all about calories now for me......i am down 15 pounds of fat and everything is coming along nicely.....it ain't pretty but it works.
